PURPOSE

The Dietetics @ Work web site is a practical professional support service for registered dietitians and other health professionals interested in nutrition. It offers courses that present new science in professional practice terms and client education tools that have been tested with clients. It also provides access to Dietitians of Canada’s Practice-based Evidence in Nutrition (PEN) professional support service, an on-line, evidence-based decision support service for members and other health professionals that provides ready access to practice guidance based on a synthesis of the most current scientific literature, as well as links to tools and resources congruent with the evidence.

You may access and use the Dietetics @ Work courses, resources and PEN service for your own personal professional development and in your practice provided such use is nonpublic and noncommercial. Details are provided in the specific License Agreement for Dietetics @ Work and the License Agreement for PEN.

This website is owned by Dietitians of Canada (DC). Dietitians of Canada owns the intellectual property rights, including copyright, of the Dietetics A Work web site and content provided on the Dietetics @ Work website unless otherwise indicated; this includes all graphics, code, text products, software, audio and design. DC will take any appropriate legal action to enforce its rights. A number of words, phrases, names, designs or logos used on this site may be trademarks, service marks or trade names of DC or of other bodies. DC's trademarked designs or logos may not be used by other parties without prior explicit consent.

You may, download and print a single copy of portions of Materials on a single computer for your own personal, non-commercial use only, provided you keep intact all copyright and other proprietary notices contained in the original Material on any copy you make.
